Start 10:45am, 19c, l. wind, clear. At bl.&white km-marker "km 404" at hwy. 143 to Mendoza. Finish 12:58pm, 31c, humid and same. At bl.&white km-marker "km 424" at hwy. 143 to Mendoza.

Todays stage was 20km, but.. Unfortunately I first at the finish realised that theendomondo gps-documentation system had switched off after only 2.5km of running.

- Thus the stage is in reality run (see gps-codeded pictures when uploaded :-), but, the proper documentation isnt in place !

Conclusion: Do it again tomorrow & check the gpssystem more freqvently.



The problem seems to be that the phone overheats in the high UV-factor light we have down here; at first it slows down when multi-tasking, later shuts down programs or stops entirely.

I doubt its a 'Nokia problem' as the stopwatch has similar problems after half a day out in the strong sun; both of them carried with me throughout the entire stages. I will look for a fast solution to this !
