"Piskul -Privet !!"
[russian sportsmans greeting]

After the sad report yesterday, a more positive today - send from yet another gravelpit in Argentina where my supplydriver and I have set up camp after my run and await the cool breeze & shadow (hopefully ;-) once evening comes.

- Before I saw the next species of traffic killed animal (puma ? see yest. report & pic. when uploaded tomorrow) and thus changed subject of the report - my intention was to send a Greeting to my russian friends:

..The subject of my conversations w. Jamie, my supplydriver & camaraman from England, often becomes the experienses during world run one (I am getting an old man, soon 40y.!, so interest tendto fall on the past ;-)).
And the main story amongst the nearly endless pile of anecdotes & adventures from across the continents ofcourse is the "wild days" of running straight across Russia & Siberia.

Especially Siberia, its overwhelmingly Friendly people, its enourmous nature - varied beyond my highest expectations, and not least its history & mentality of overcoming any hardship put upon it from the outside; without making a fuzz of it ! If anywhere Id like to call my home it would be Siberia - but its too tough, also for me :-) Then running another lap around the earth is easier :-))
