Start 06:16am, 15c, no wind, just before sunrise. At bl.&white roadsign "km 1604" on hwy. 3 to Bournes Aires.
Finish 11:58pm, 38c, med. wind and allmost clear. At bl.&white roadsign "km 1561" on hwy. 3.
Change of strategy !
After the days w. a sudden rise in temperature and a struggle to adapt quickly enough from the winter 1.5month ago back in Scandinavia (-5 to -8c ave. in December) I decided to change the running routine: up at 5am., packing the tents & starting by 6am.
Im definately not a "morning person" but the early start gave the change in temperature I needed to run effectively and get time to adapt :- ))
Nb: In the strong sun & heat Ive had a few cases of Endomom & phone restart today & yesterday, probablydue to overheating. Ill try to keep it better shaded the next days !
- The entire track (live coverage) thus consists of a couple of eñtries. The gps-coded pictures backs up the documentation as usual though.
